Bangkok เป็นที่ปรึกษาทางการขายสินค้าและบริการในร้าน AIS Retail Shop และช่องทางจัดจำหน่าย Online รวมทั้งช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาต่าง ๆ ให้กับลูกค้าได้อย่างถูกต้อง และทำให้ลูกค้าเกิดความเชื่อมั่นที่ดีต่อการบริการของ AIS อย่างสูงสุด
1. เป็นที่ปรึกษาทางการขายสินค้า และบริการของบริษัท ให้กับลูกค้าที่เข้ามาใช้บริการทั้งภายในสาขา AIS Retail Shop และผ่านช่องทางการขาย Online
2. แนะนำ ตรวจสอบ และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นของการใช้ Smart Phone และสินค้าบริการอื่น ๆ ของบริษัท
3. ดูแล ให้ความช่วยเหลือลูกค้าภายในสาขา หรือช่องทาง Online และจัดการข้อโต้แย้งในเชิงสร้างสรรค์ รวมทั้งสร้างความรู้สึกพึงพอใจของลูกค้าสูงสุด
4. รับชำระค่าสินค้าและบริการพร้อมทั้งแนะนำช่องทางการชำระเงินผ่าน Application ให้กับลูกค้าได้อย่างถูกต้อง
