Job Description

Language Trainers is an international language training company working with freelance teachers of 99+ languages in hundreds of cities worldwide. Founded in 2004, our motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere.

We provide customized language training to professionals and private students for work, family, and travel purposes.

📍 Position Details

We are currently looking for a Serbian Teacher for one of our clients in Sydney, Australia.

  • Total Hours: 30
  • Session length: two-hour
  • Location: , Sydney
  • Student Level: Elementary
  • Student Age Group: C: 25-34
  • Schedule: once per week, (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I can do evenings only from around 6:30pm. Friday I can do anytime.)
  • Start Date: 2026-04-22
  • Motivation: My partner is half Serbian, half Croatian. His whole family including him speak Serbian/Croatian. His parents only speak in English if they are talking directly to me. But his mum and dad in particular prefer to speak in their 1st language so I would love nothing more than to a part of that.

🎯 Ideal Candidate

  • Be a native Serbian speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
  • Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
  • Have a valid work permit/visa
  • Live within 30 km of the specified location

💼 Conditions

  • Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
  • Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
  • Freelance, part-time position
  • We are not able to sponsor visas
