Those in mergers and acquisition tax at PwC will focus on providing tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Your work will involve analysing the tax implications of such transactions, developing tax structures, and assisting clients in navigating complex tax regulations to optimise tax outcomes.

Please note:

• This position is eligible for PwC Canada’s Award and Mentorship Programs.
• The salary range for this position is $61,000 - $71,000. Eligible employees will also have the opportunity to participate in our performance pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
