How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Implanté près de Pau, le site de Lons est spécialisé dans l’extraction botanique d’ingrédients actifs cosmétiques et pharmaceutiques ainsi que dans la fabrication d’ingrédients actifs naturels purifiés pour les marchés de la cosmétique et des compléments alimentaires.
Au sein de la Direction des Opérations, vous participez à des projets industriels en tant que Représentant Projet Usine (RPU). Par ailleurs, vous contribuez à optimiser et fiabiliser les procédés de fabrication afin d'améliorer la performance industrielle de SEPPIC à Lons.
CDD de 18 mois.
RPU :
- Représenter l'usine au sein du comité de pilotage du projet
- Vérifier que les solutions techniques répondent au cahier des charges fonctionnel
- Préparer le “Plan de démarrage” en amont de la revue de “Prêt à démarrer” (Process Safety Start-Up Review) : supports de formation, consignes de fabrication, méthodes d'analyse,...
- Organiser et coordonner le démarrage de l’installation (QO & QP)
- Faire le suivi des actions correctives (punch list)

Procédés de fabrication :
- Améliorer la productivité et la qualité, optimiser les coûts
- Apporter un support technique aux équipes de production : analyser les dysfonctionnements, proposer des solutions et mettre en place les plans d'action
- Contribuer à analyser les risques liés aux procédés de fabrication (méthode HAZOP) et mettre en place les mesures de prévention
- Actualiser les données (formules et gammes) dans l'ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Rédiger la documentation technique
- Capitaliser les connaissances et contribuer à former les équipes de production

- Formation d'Ingénieur Génie chimique ou Génie des procédés
- 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle minimum dans un environnement industriel
- Solides connaissances en chimie industrielle et sécurité des procédés
- Compétences en gestion de projet
