Sephora SEA’s omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).

Sephora ASPIRE

Sephora ASPIRE is a 6-month internship program centered around learning and growth, for NextGen talents to gain real-world experience and bring impact on the business through purpose-driven projects from conception to completion.

Throughout your 6-months, you will have the opportunity to be involved in meaningful collaborations and drive key business projects. At the end of your term with us, there will be platforms to present your work to the relevant functional teams and more, where we come together to celebrate your wins and growth. Sephora is committed in building a NextGen Talent Community where you will have the chance to forge meaningful connections with your peers within Sephora and across LVMH Maisons that will stay with you long after the program ends.

We are looking for innovative and inquisitive interns who are interested to commence a 6-month program with us from July to December 2026. Internship in Merchandising – July to December 2026

  • Supporting the team in driving category growth and executional excellence through data-led insights and operational coordination
  • Delivering monthly business reporting and category analytics to surface performance trends and uncovering market trends and opportunities
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and Ecommerce
  • Driving operational readiness for major seasonal launches by coordinating across markets and managing end-to-end brand portal updates to ensure seamless execution
