We are hiring a Search Content Producer to operationalise our content engine and strengthen our digital authority across markets. This role sits under a growth and demand generation mandate, supporting SEO/GEO/AEO execution, content production, and internal brand tasks.

Role Purpose

You will be the engine that keeps content moving: drafting, publishing, organising, and optimising.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Production & Editorial Support
Execute against briefs set by the Global Marketing Lead.
Build and maintain content libraries (pull quotes, snippets, evergreen assets)
Manage the content asset repository and metadata; maintain catalogues and tracking sheets
Publish content on CMS platforms (WordPress; potential future systems)2
SEO/GEO Support
Support search visibility and improve content performance across markets.
Write or optimise website copy aligned to briefs and SEO/AEO/GEO recommendations
Perform on-page optimisation tasks:
Title tags, meta descriptions
Alt text, headers, interlinking
Update FAQ pages, landing pages, and structured data elements
Support GEO and AEO surfaces: submissions, external profiles, syndication
Manage basic YouTube SEO: titles, descriptions, tagging, interlinking
Maintain WordPress pages: client logos, testimonials, author bios, navigation hygiene
Must-Have Skills
Excellent communications and written language skills
Strong writing, editorial instincts and judgement
Basic understanding of SEO principles (especially content-led SEO)
Comfortable working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a basic understanding of project management, including tools such as Asana
Ability to manage multiple content pipelines with consistency
Research-oriented, able to summarise information into usable content inputs
Ability to manage multiple tasks and operate in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of the importance of communications and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Flexible, can-do positive attitude
Nice-to-Have
Experience with AI-assisted content workflows
Familiarity with schema, structured data, and YouTube optimisation
Exposure to GEO/AEO concepts or multilingual markets
