What You'll Be Doing:

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Plan and execute tailored SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and visibility

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and map content opportunities

• Analyze competitors to uncover gaps and opportunities

• Partner with content creators to ensure SEO and business goals align

• Stay current on search engine algorithm updates and industry shifts

️ On-Page & Off-Page Optimization

• Optimize on-page elements like metadata, URLs, headings, and internal links

• Audit existing content for SEO improvements

• Support user experience initiatives tied to search performance

• Implement link-building and backlink health strategies

• Lead local SEO efforts through GMB and local listing optimization

Technical SEO

• Perform technical audits and troubleshoot crawl issues, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and indexation

• Implement schema markup, structured data, and Core Web Vitals enhancements

• Collaborate with dev teams to ensure SEO best practices in architecture and code

Reporting & Analysis

• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush to track keyword rankings, traffic, and site health

• Report on SEO performance with actionable recommendations

• Use testing and experimentation to continuously improve results

Collaboration & Presentations

• Contribute SEO expertise to pitch presentations and marketing strategies

• Translate complex data and search insights into client-friendly narratives

Growth & Industry Engagement

• Keep up with evolving trends in search, content, UX, and analytics

• Share knowledge and contribute to team development

• Participate in workshops, webinars, and SEO trainings

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• Prior SEO experience agency, in-house, or freelance preferred

• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and driven by data

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
