The SEO Specialist at Mekari is responsible for driving sustainable organic growth across Mekari’s B2B SaaS ecosystem, including product pages, solution pages, blog, and growth initiatives. This role focuses on increasing qualified traffic, generating high-intent leads, and improving search visibility to support Mekari’s business growth and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

You will join Mekari’s Growth & SEO team, playing a key role in scaling organic acquisition across Mekari’s products (Accounting, CRM, HR, and other business solutions). Your work will directly influence how businesses across Indonesia discover, evaluate, and adopt Mekari’s platforms.

SEO/GEO Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with Mekari’s business and growth goals.

• Identify organic growth opportunities across site architecture, content, and emerging search trends.

• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates, AI-search developments, and SEO best practices.

• Conduct competitor analysis (SEO & GEO) to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.

Keyword Research & Content Optimization

• Perform in-depth keyword research to uncover high-impact opportunities for B2B SaaS, ERP, and finance-related content.

• Collaborate closely with Editorial Content Writers, SEO Content, and Product Marketing teams to produce SEO-optimized, value-driven content.

• Create structured keyword briefs, content outlines, and on-page optimization recommendations.

Technical SEO

• Conduct routine technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema, site performance).

• Work with Web Dev, UI UX, and Product teams to implement technical improvements and fixes.

• Ensure product pages, solution pages, landing pages, and blog content meet SEO best practices.

On-Page & Off-Page Optimization

• Optimize meta tags, URL structures, internal linking, and overall user experience to improve rankings and conversions.

• Plan and execute link-building strategies to strengthen Mekari’s domain authority and organic reach.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and AI-search visibility tools.

• Track key metrics including traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, and AI-search visibility.

• Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Competitor & Market Analysis

• Analyze competitors within the B2B SaaS, or ERP space.

• Identify market trends and opportunities to improve Mekari’s organic visibility and positioning.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role (experience with SaaS (Finance Accounting, Compliance related) or high-traffic websites is a plus).

• Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and related platforms.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress or headless CMS preferred).

• Strong data-driven and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with PMM, Web Dev, UI UX, Product, and Content teams.

• A strong understanding & practical knowledge of SEO principles with AI search optimization (e.g AIO, AI Mode, LLMs) and best practices.

• Continuously updated with the latest SEO/GEO trends, algorithm changes, and AI-driven search developments.

• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal) is required to collaborate with other team.
