What started as the dream of one Icelandic couple has grown into an international company of guides, customer care specialists, marketing and sales teams, operations experts, IT specialists, and other colleagues based in Iceland and Vilnius.

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our Vilnius team and work on SEO and AI Search optimization. In this role, you will help grow qualified organic traffic, improve website performance, and strengthen our visibility across traditional and AI-powered search platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, hands-on, eager to learn, and comfortable working with both content and technical SEO.

Responsibilities

• Work on maximizing the volume of inbound organic traffic from search engines to the website;
• Create a strategy and execution to grow the traffic from AI-enabled search engines, e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.
• Conduct keyword research and gap analysis to identify and prioritize SEO opportunities;
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes;
• Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies to gain more market insight;
• Work with the team to improve the website content and landing pages;
• Stay on top of SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, AI search engine updates, and best practices to ensure content and strategy remain competitive.

Requirements

• Experience in executing successful SEO strategies either in-house or within an agency environment;
• Knowledge and/or strong curiosity in Google’s SGE and Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT) and how they impact search;
• Ability to understand web analytics metrics and draw SEO-related conclusions accordingly;
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Screaming Frog), and web analytics platforms (e.g. GA4, Google Search Console);
• Experience with AI tools and a proactive interest in leveraging their evolving capabilities for content and strategy development;
• Knowledge of on-site, off-site and technical SEO best practices;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong ownership of your work and attention to detail.

Salary

€2,630–€3,400 gross per month, depending on your experience and expertise. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competence.
