Nestlé is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our global Digital and Social Media team. This role is pivotal in driving website and content optimization efforts across multiple markets. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to implement on-page and technical SEO strategies, monitor performance, and support large-scale SEO projects.
SEO Monitoring & Reporting
Track website performance using BrightEdge, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
Monitor on-page and technical SEO variables
Draft and implement SEO recommendations upon business approval
Report performance metrics to team supervisors
Recommendation Implementation
Execute SEO tasks via workflow tools
Provide recurring and ad-hoc SEO reports
Support website migrations and broader SEO initiatives
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with webmasters, editors, and global/local marketing teams
Coordinate with partner agencies and analytics tool providers
Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders
Minimum 1 year of SEO experience
Experience in a multinational/multicultural environment
Proficiency in English (high intermediate level)
Familiarity with ticketing/workflow tools
Strong knowledge of:
BrightEdge
Google Search Console
Google Analytics
Drupal CMS
