Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a SEO & Paid Media Specialist.
Our client is a US-based business looking for an experienced specialist to lead their search engine optimization and paid advertising efforts, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads and organic search performance. This role also requires solid graphic design ability to produce marketing assets, with some involvement in CRM-based email and outreach campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns including search, display, and remarketing
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to improve organic rankings
- Design marketing graphics and visual assets for ads, landing pages, and promotional materials
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads dashboards
- Make data-informed adjustments to improve click-through rates, quality scores, and ad spend efficiency
- Support CRM-based marketing efforts including audience segmentation and outreach campaigns
- Collaborate with the client team during US business hours, primarily aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results
- Solid understanding of SEO principles including on-page, off-page, and technical optimization
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic email marketing workflows
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities without close supervision
Preferred Experience
- Experience using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for SEO research and tracking
- Background working with US-based clients or in a remote staffing environment
- Exposure to landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement strategies
