This is a high-impact organic growth role focused on turning SEO into a measurable acquisition channel. You will own SEO strategy end to end, from diagnosing traffic declines and improving technical foundations to optimizing revenue-generating pages. The role combines search strategy, content leadership, analytics, experimentation, and emerging AI search optimization. You will work across traditional search and AI-driven discovery, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. Success will be measured through meaningful business outcomes such as organic signups, revenue, and acquisition efficiency rather than rankings alone. The environment values evidence-based decision-making, experimentation, clear communication, and the ability to contribute beyond a narrowly defined SEO remit.
We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements. Our system identifies the top-fitting candidates, and this shortlist is then shared directly with the hiring company. The final decision and next steps (interviews, assessments) are managed by their internal team.
