Job Description

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of hands-on SEO experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience working on SEO projects within IT services, SaaS, or digital marketing agency environments.
• Strong command of industry-standard SEO and analytics tools, including Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients and navigating highly competitive markets.
• Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), user experience (UX) principles, and AI-driven SEO tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive, end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with client goals.
• Lead keyword research initiatives and collaborate closely with content creators and development teams to ensure effective execution.
• Conduct and oversee in-depth technical SEO audits, including crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
• Partner with developers to optimize CMS platforms and support seamless website migrations.
• Define and guide content strategies grounded in E-E-A-T principles (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness).
• Lead link-building campaigns and digital PR efforts to strengthen domain authority.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console (GSC), and SEMrush.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and ROI-driven reports.
• Mentor and manage a team of SEO specialists, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and key clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
