We are seeking an experienced SEO Lead to drive organic growth and lead end-to-end search engine optimization strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role is responsible for defining the SEO roadmap, aligning strategies with business objectives, and delivering measurable performance outcomes. You will play a key role in scaling organic visibility, improving traffic quality, and maximizing ROI through data-driven decision-making. In addition to strategy execution, you will lead and mentor a team, ensuring high standards of delivery, continuous learning, and operational excellence. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical expertise with leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of evolving SEO practices.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client goals and business growth targets
- Lead keyword research, content strategy, and on-page/off-page optimization initiatives
- Provide strategic direction on technical SEO, including audits, issue prioritization, and implementation planning
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, and engagement
- Drive organic growth and ensure continuous performance improvement through data-driven insights
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and leading strategic discussions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, performance marketing, and technical teams
- Identify gaps, opportunities, and inefficiencies, and implement scalable SEO solutions
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team to ensure high-quality execution and accountability
- Conduct regular quality checks, strategic reviews, and process improvements
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of experience in SEO with strong expertise in strategy and execution
- Proven track record of managing large client accounts and delivering measurable organic growth
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and content optimization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs and knowledge of HTML fundamentals
- Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skills
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and scale high-performing teams
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proactive, ownership-driven approach with a focus on delivering business impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
