About the role: We're looking for a hands-on SEO Lead to drive organic growth across all our business verticals—medicines, lab diagnostics, in-clinic and online consultations, and corporate wellness. This isn't a strategy-only role; you'll be deep in the weeds, executing fast, and owning outcomes end-to-end. You'll also help us stay ahead of the curve as search evolves—optimising for AI-powered search experiences alongside traditional search engines. You'll have a direct impact on a platform that serves millions of users. You'll work with a team that values speed, ownership, and outcomes over process and hierarchy. And you'll help shape how India accesses healthcare. What you'll do:

• Own SEO performance across all MediBuddy business lines, driving measurable improvements in traffic, rankings, and conversions
• Execute technical SEO audits and fixes—site speed, crawlability, indexation, schema markup, Core Web Vitals
• Build and scale content strategies for high-intent healthcare queries across our service categories
• Partner closely with product and engineering to ship SEO improvements rapidly
• Drive local SEO for our in-clinic consultation network across cities
• Monitor performance daily, identify drops or opportunities, and act on them immediately
• Build scalable processes for keyword research, content briefs, and performance tracking
• Lead our GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) efforts—ensure MediBuddy content is structured, authoritative, and optimised for visibility in AI-driven search experiences like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and similar platforms

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in healthcare, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer platforms
• Deep expertise in technical SEO—you've fixed crawl issues, improved page speed, and worked with dev teams to ship changes
• Strong grasp of content SEO and programmatic page strategies at scale
• Comfort with data—you pull your own reports, analyse trends, and make decisions quickly
• Awareness of how AI/LLM-based search is evolving and curiosity to experiment with GEO strategies
