🔍 We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist who is ready for the next step in their career.

In this role, you'll:

• Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external agencies to design and implement SEO strategies that align with and achieve client goals.
• Dive into search performance, run in-depth analyses, and lead hands-on workshops to keep clients ahead of the game.
• Assist Account Managers in gearing up for meetings and wow clients during quarterly reviews with your insights and expertise.
• Monitor search campaigns, make proactive tweaks, and keep results climbing.
• Jump in to tackle ad-hoc reporting requests for teammates and clients, delivering data that makes decisions easier
• Set up analytics and tracking for all kinds of search initiatives and multi-channel campaigns, laser-focused on hitting those KPIs.
• Dive into tools like Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, SEMRush, AHRefs, and more to gather the insights that make campaigns shine.
• Build smart content distribution strategies that make the most of earned and owned media, ensuring maximum impact.
• Deliver bold, innovative ideas to supercharge campaign performance—whether it’s SEO or integrated strategies, your recommendations steal the show.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, keeping their campaigns on track and their goals in sight.
• Prepare slick, presentation-ready reports packed with valuable insights to showcase how your SEO campaigns are crushing it.

✅ What We're Looking For

• You have SEO experience, minimum 1-2 years
• You have Digital Marketing experience, minimum 1-2 years
• Knowledge of the key aspects of SEO or integrated marketing campaigns as well as inbound of multi-channel marketing concepts
• Knowledge and application of SEO and web analytics tools for data analysis (basic and advanced analytics certified)
• Know how to present findings and relevant recommendations succinctly
• Ability to prioritise and self-manage tasks
• Competency in soft-skills, including, but not limited to, project management, communication, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, objection handling
• Has demonstrated ability to manage projects to a budget & on time. When issues have arisen, proactively deal with them.
• Possess knowledge of how websites work both from a user perspective and from a search agent's perspective
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc
• Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc
• You have strong organisational and time management skills as well as Administration/Project Management skills
