We are hiring a hands-on SEO Executive to drive consistent execution across content, on-page SEO, and link building. This is a part-time role for someone who can take ownership of SEO day to day work and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and optimize blog content regularly (formatting, internal linking, meta tags)
• Execute on-page SEO improvements across key pages
• Identify and fix basic technical SEO issues quickly
• Run consistent backlink outreach campaigns (guest posts, link insertions, etc.)
• Refresh and optimize existing content for better rankings
• Monitor performance and report progress

Expected KPIs (Monthly):

• Publish 8–12 blog posts (which will have been written by the Marketing team) and optimize SEO once published, as needed
• Execute 20–50 quality backlink outreaches
• Secure 5–10 backlinks (depending on quality)
• Fix identified on-page/technical SEO issues within defined timelines

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong execution ability in on-page + off-page SEO
• Familiarity with tools like GSC, GA, Semrush
• Comfortable with CMS (WordPress preferred)
• Self-driven and consistent, minimal hand-holding required

Nice to Have:

• Experience with content optimization strategies
• Basic technical SEO understanding

Engagement:

• Part-time - 20 hours/week
