About the Role

As an SEO Associate, you'll play a versatile role across three core pillars of our SEO strategy: link building, content creation, and technical SEO. You'll manage our link acquisition efforts and agency relationships, help create and optimize content that drives organic growth, and work hands-on with technical SEO improvements across our website. This role requires self-motivation, a fast learning curve, and comfort operating in a high-paced, ever-changing environment. You'll collaborate closely with the SEO team, marketing department, and external agencies to execute a well-rounded organic growth strategy.

• Analyzing websites to identify potential partnerships
• Managing freelancers/agencies and day-to-day link acquisition activities
• Researching, writing, and/or briefing SEO-optimized content for our web properties
• Maintaining and updating existing content to keep it accurate, relevant, and competitive
• Collaborating with writers, designers, and other marketing teams to publish new content on a regular cadence
• Conducting keyword and competitor research to inform content topics and structure
• Monitoring site health using SEO tools and flagging issues proactively
• Maintaining SEO best practices across Tailor Brands web properties
• Supporting the SEO team with day-to-day tasks and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, content, or web management
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, with proficiency in tools like Google Sheets, Docs, and Excel
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create or brief clear, engaging, SEO-friendly content
• Basic understanding of technical SEO concepts (or strong willingness to learn)
• Deep passion for continuous learning in SEO and digital marketing
• Strong command of English with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Skilled at multitasking and thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
