Job Description:

At Seminole Hard Rock Support Services, we’re focused on making it easier for guests to discover and engage with Hard Rock experiences and services. As the SEO & AI Search Optimization Manager, you will lead how Hard Rock is discovered across traditional search, AI platforms, and emerging agentic experiences.

This role goes beyond traditional SEO, developing strategies that make Hard Rock services easy for search engines, AI platforms, and agents to discover, understand, recommend, and ultimately book or purchase. You will partner closely with Web Product, Content, UX, Analytics, and Marketing teams to turn these opportunities into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Search & AI Optimization

  • Define and lead Hard Rock’s strategy across SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and emerging AI and agentic search experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap of search and AI optimization opportunities, working with Web Product Managers and cross-functional partners to prioritize and implement them.
  • Identify emerging guest search behaviors, intents, and opportunities and translate them into actionable recommendations across content, product, technology, and UX.
  • Establish scalable SEO and AI search standards, best practices, and requirements for Hard Rock’s digital ecosystem.

AI Discoverability & Agentic Experiences

  • Develop strategies and recommendations that enable AI platforms and agents to accurately discover, interpret, recommend, and act on information about Hard Rock’s properties, products, services, and experiences.
  • Partner with Web Product Managers and Engineering to identify opportunities to improve the technical foundations for AI discovery, including structured data, metadata, taxonomy, APIs, feeds, deep links, and other machine-readable signals.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce the gap between AI discovery and transaction, and work with Product teams to determine how experiences such as hotel bookings, restaurant reservations, ticket purchases, shopping, and offers can better support AI-driven journeys.
  • Monitor how Hard Rock is represented across AI platforms and proactively identify gaps in visibility, accuracy, citations, recommendations, and conversion.

Traffic, Conversion & Performance

  • Own the key metrics and reporting framework for organic and AI-driven discovery, including qualified traffic, visibility, citations, engagement, conversion, bookings, transactions, and revenue.
  • Work closely with Web Product Managers, Web Content Editors, and UX to identify opportunities to improve traffic and conversion across digitally available services.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations across content, site architecture, technical SEO, page templates, internal linking, UX, and digital commerce to improve search performance and guest conversion.
  • Establish a measurement and experimentation framework to understand what is driving performance across traditional search, AI platforms, and emerging agentic experiences.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, search strategy, digital marketing, or a related discipline, including senior-level strategic experience.
  • Deep expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, site architecture, structured data, and search analytics, with experience in AEO, GEO, or emerging AI search.
  • Strong understanding of how search engines, AI platforms, and large language models discover, interpret, cite, and recommend information.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate search and AI insights into clear recommendations for Product, Content, UX, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience managing metrics tied to traffic, engagement, conversion, bookings, revenue, or other business outcomes.
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, entertainment, retail, restaurants, or another consumer-facing digital ecosystem is a plus.

Professional Skills:

  • Proactive and curious, continuously identifying new opportunities, emerging trends, and ways to improve Hard Rock’s search and AI visibility rather than waiting for requirements to be defined.
  • Highly collaborative, building strong relationships across Product, UX, Content, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing and effectively influencing teams without direct ownership.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, measurement, and identifying opportunities others may miss.
  • Innovative and comfortable experimenting with new approaches, tools, and technologies in a rapidly evolving search and AI landscape.
  • Strong communicator who can turn complex SEO and AI concepts into clear priorities, recommendations, and actions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About Seminole Gaming

The Seminole Tribe has long been recognized for innovation in its gaming and other businesses. It opened the first high-stakes bingo hall and casino in the United States in 1979. That facility was the forerunner of the Indian Gaming movement throughout North America. Analysts believe today’s Seminole Tribe operates one of the most profitable gaming enterprises in the world. In March 2007, the Seminole Tribe of Florida acquired Hard Rock International, the first transaction of its kind by an Indian tribe.

In addition to its two Seminole Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos, the Seminole Tribe owns and operates five other Seminole Casinos; in Coconut Creek and Hollywood, in Immokalee near Naples, and on the Brighton Reservation.
