We're hiring an SEO & AI Search Specialist to drive organic growth across both traditional search and AI-powered discovery. You'll shape and execute SEO and AI search work across your projects, helping GetResponse rank effectively and stay visible as search evolves toward LLM-powered surfaces and answer engines.
The work spans technical SEO, programmatic SEO, content structure, and internal linking — paired with experimentation that turns into measurable growth, and AI-assisted workflows that speed up research, optimization, and reporting.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong SEO fundamentals and a forward-looking perspective on AI search — someone who identifies a problem, proposes a solution, ships it, and measures the result.
What you'll do:
- own SEO and AI Search initiatives end to end
- improve technical SEO, including site structure, internal linking, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and content discoverability
- develop strategies to increase visibility across Google Search, AI Overviews and LLM-powered platforms
- define hypotheses, run experiments, build reporting that shows what's working, why, and what to do about it
- monitor AI search trends (GEO, AI Overviews, answer engines) and put new approaches into practice
- manage citations and listings for accuracy and consistency across platforms
- build AI-powered workflows for content research, optimization, production, reporting, and SEO automation
- run SEO audits, experiments, monitor algorithm changes, and continuously optimize your approach
- collaborate with Product, Content, Analytics, and external partners to strengthen our organic presence on and off our website
- create original, data-driven content that becomes a trusted source for both users and AI models
You're a great fit if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in SEO or organic growth, ideally in B2B SaaS
- strong technical SEO fundamentals, including crawlability, indexation, internal linking, structured data, and Core Web Vitals
- experience with keyword research, search intent analysis, content optimization, and competitive analysis
- a solid understanding of AI Search, AI Overviews, answer engines, or GEO/AEO
- ability to turn data into business-driven decisions
- hands-on experience using AI tooling, scripts, or no-code and prompting to automate workflows, generate content, or improve SEO processes
- excellent communication skills in English
Nice to have:
- experience with programmatic SEO
- experience with AI agents or workflow automation
- experience in e-commerce, lifecycle marketing, or content-led growth
- good communication skills in Polish

Salary range:
- 12 000 - 15 000 PLN gross monthly on contract of employment
- 572 - 715 PLN net/man-day on B2B contract
