As an SEO & AI Search Specialist, you’ll be responsible for supporting the research, development, and implementation of SEO, GEO, and AI Search strategies in order to help clients strengthen their digital presence and improve discoverability across evolving search environments!

What will you be doing as an SEO & AI Search Specialist at Elixirr Digital?

• Support the development and execution of SEO, GEO, and AI Search strategies for clients across different industries.
• Conduct SEO and AI search visibility audits to identify opportunities for improved discoverability.
• Analyse how brands are represented within AI-generated responses across platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot, and emerging AI search environments.
• Apply SEO best practices across technical SEO, content optimisation, and digital authority building.
• Support the creation of content, entity optimisation, and digital authority strategies.
• Monitor developments in AI-powered search and recommend adjustments to client strategies.
• Prepare insights, reports, presentations, workshops, and training materials for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect SEO and AI Search recommendations with broader digital growth goals.
• Support new business opportunities and thought leadership related to SEO, GEO, and AI-driven discovery.

Competencies and skillset we expect you to have to successfully perform your job:

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, organic search, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and content optimisation.
• Demonstrable experience delivering successful SEO strategies.
• Good understanding of how SEO principles can be applied to improve visibility, discoverability, and business growth.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and their impact on search behaviour.
• Experience working with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO and analytics tools.
• Ability to analyse brand visibility, content performance, and search-related opportunities.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to deliver clear presentations, workshops, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
