- Re-use loop is providing intelligent technology platforms and agile delivery models for pre-retail logistics and product returns, fulfilment and processing, on behalf of many of Europe’s largest retailers.
About the role
We are looking for an SEO & AI Search Specialist to help grow Reconomy’s visibility across organic and emerging search channels. In this role, you will optimise website performance, improve search rankings, and drive high-quality traffic across a portfolio of specialist brands.
You’ll work on a mix of technical SEO, content optimisation, and data analysis, collaborating with global marketing teams to deliver best-in-class search experiences. From improving site health and content structure to identifying new keyword opportunities, your work will directly contribute to measurable business growth.
As part of a forward-thinking team, you will also explore AI-driven search (AEO) and help shape how our brands appear in next-generation discovery platforms like ChatGPT and other answer engines.

What we need from you
- 1–2+ years of experience in SEO or a strong demonstrable interest in the field
- Good understanding of core SEO principles (technical, on-page, and off-page)
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and basic performance tracking concepts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks across projects
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive approach to learning
Nice to have:
- Exposure to Google Tag Manager, CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress), or basic HTML
- Understanding of AI search, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), or emerging search trends
- Experience working in a multi-brand or international environment
- Interest in sustainability or circular economy topics
