职位描述
1、负责官网及核心站点的 SEO 技术优化与内容优化，提升 Google / 百度等搜索引擎排名； 2、制定关键词策略，规划长尾词矩阵，持续跟踪排名变化； 3、优化页面结构、TDK（标题/描述/关键词）、内链布局及页面加载速度； 4、建立内容 SEO 标准，推动博客、产品页、落地页符合 SEO 规范； 5、分析 SEO 数据（GA / Search Console / Ahrefs / SEMrush 等），输出周/月报并提出优化建议； 6、竞品 SEO 策略调研，持续迭代优化方向。
职位要求
1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，SEO、数字营销、互联网运营相关专业优先； 2、了解搜索引擎基本原理（爬虫、索引、排名机制）； 3、具备基础数据分析能力，熟练使用 Excel； 4、英语CET-4及以上，能阅读英文SEO资料； 5、逻辑清晰，对数据敏感，有学习意愿。
