Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Manage consumer databases and recruitment programs to ensure relevant target audience selection.
• Execute research methodologies (Qualitative & Quantitative)with internal & external consumers.
• Collaboration with Creative and commercial teams to follow up project execution and reports.
• Data analysis using multiple sources and techniques.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Degree in Food Engineer, Food Science, Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in consumer insights, market research or sensory evaluation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated initiative in professional development and continuous learning.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience in the fragrance or flavor industry.
• Proficiency on analytical skills, statistical tools (JMP) and databases.
• Proficiency on iOS and office suite (Tech Saavy).
• Problem Solving, Communication skills & English fluency.
