Job Description

What will you take care of?

You will be working in the Design center of the Bosch Sensortec Division, where you will have the chance to be part of our next generation IMU development:

  • Take responsibility: You are responsible for the system definition of next generation IMUs and support the derivation of key requirements for MEMS, ASIC, package, testing, calibration and software.
  • Enable robust implementation: You plan, organize, evaluate and analyse simulations, experiments and measurements to assess sensor concepts, performance parameters, robustness and failure modes.
  • Connect development and verification: You contribute to the definition of suitable verification and validation approaches for sensor systems.
  • Conscientious coordination: You coordinate interdisciplinary areas to align system requirements, design assumptions, verification evidence and implementation constraints.
  • Drive structured evaluation: You analyse technical trade-offs, identify gaps between requirements and measured or simulated behaviour, and contribute to solution proposals to achieve the sensor target requirements.
  • Document and communicate results: You document technical results and present them in project reviews with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Support future sensor systems: You interface with internal experts, central research and external partners to evaluate new technologies, architectures, methods and concepts for future sensor systems.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

  • Personality: High level of interdisciplinary comprehension, customer orientation, creative drive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Working Practice: Very good decision-making abilities and positive team player with cross cultural competence.
  • Experience and Knowledge: industry experience with deep understanding of gyroscope and acceleration sensor systems.
  • Qualifications: Understanding system-level impact of design choices and related trade-offs. Experience in sensor system modelling and verification strategies.
  • Languages: Fluent English, both spoken and written

Education: Master or equivalent degree in Electronic Engineering with outstanding results.

In line with our compensation policies, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position lies within the range € 60.000 - €70.000 for a 40-hour work week.

The remuneration package also includes:
