Senior Specialist Production Engineering SHA(SR)

Your Responsibilities

• Sustainable optimisation of manufacturing processes and procedures in order to meet all requirements regarding quality, productivity and production costs.
• Provide basis for planning and decision making.
• Continuous consultation with Department Manager about relevant tasks within the department (incl. respective reporting).
• Keep contacts with customers and suppliers.
• Follow environmental regulations.
• Continuous optimisation regarding quality, productivity, environment and costs.
• Ensure technological development.
• Continuous education to guarantee the art status.
• Implementation of TS16949 and ISO 14001, OHSAS18001.
• Define procedure steps aiming to use existing resources perfectly and minimize quantity of raw and auxiliary materials.
• Responsible for purchase of new equipment (draw up equipment specifications, make evaluations and technical analysis; installation, put into operation, qualification and implementation in production).
• Follow 5s/FM standard to keep the environment clean.
• Other Job assignment from supervisor.
• Coach and appraise subordinates.
• Team management.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree from colleges in chemistry or polymer engineering, plus several years of professional experience.
• Several years of experience in similar position: Soldermask & Surface finishing related process.
• Optimisation of the input of human and technical resources during the shift to get a high productivity.
• Completion of a technical education, experience in related industry advantageous.
• Experiences in leading or training people advantageous.
• Willing and good in learning by doing.
• Good organisation skills.
• Good Written and oral English skills.
• Good stress management skills.
• Integrated and interdisciplinary thinking and acting.
• Team spirit (able to be part of a team and team leader as well).
• Be able to work in a 4 shift system if there is necessary in a short period.
• Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Lotus Notes etc…
• Good analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Good leadership skills, willing to develop further.
• Basic knowledge of ISO/TS 16949.
• Good at manufacturing FMEA, CP, Root cause analysing.
• Good communication skills.
