Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Manager / Senior Specialist to expand our presence in the fast-growing AI server market. In this role, you will serve as the key link between our innovative semiconductor solutions and leading industry customers.

You will focus on the server power supply unit (PSU) market, working closely with both technical engineering teams to drive design-ins and with procurement teams to secure business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Promotion: Engage with customer engineers to promote our semiconductor products, understand technical requirements, and align solutions with AI server power architectures.
  • Commercial Account Management: Work with purchasing and procurement teams to discuss requirements, negotiate commercial terms, manage forecasts, and secure design wins.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Product teams to share market feedback, align on product strategy, and support go-to-market execution.
  • Customer Problem Solving: Serve as the main point of contact for customer issues and coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in the AI server and server PSU ecosystem to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ years of sales or account management experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or hardware industry.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of the server PSU market and the AI server ecosystem.
  • Product Knowledge: Experience with power discrete devices, analog IC drivers, SiC, MOSFETs, and GaN is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate with both technical engineering teams and commercial procurement stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive, resourceful, and committed to resolving customer challenges efficiently.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English; Thai proficiency is highly preferred for this Bangkok-based role.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
