What You Will Do
- Design and implement user-centric interfaces using React and TypeScript to enhance the functionality of our AI-driven mortgage solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality, responsive web applications.
- Utilize Tailwind CSS and Figma to create visually appealing and intuitive user experiences.
- Integrate GraphQL APIs to optimize data retrieval and improve application performance.
- Conduct thorough testing using React Testing Library to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Work within a collaborative team environment, contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5–25 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.
- Proven track record of building responsive web applications using Tailwind and JavaScript.
- Experience with GraphQL and state management libraries such as Apollo Client.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma and a strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team setting and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Preferred
- Experience with modern build tools like Vite and package managers such as PNPM.
- Knowledge of monorepo management using Turborepo.
- Previous involvement in the fintech or real estate sectors.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary ranges from $150K to $500K, complemented by competitive equity options. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where innovation and creativity are highly valued.
