What you will do
Act as the main point of contact between Nexperia SCM and external manufacturing foundry partners, managing escalations and communications effectively.
Safeguard external manufacturing supply chain processes and drive automation where possible. Implement interim solutions when introducing new production flows to minimize manual work.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with external partners, Business Groups, SCM and support teams.
Collaborate with Business Groups, Global Business Planning teams to ensure capacity loading and RFF targets are aligned.
Lead S&OP review and communication with subcontractor/Business Groups, and drive gap closure activities at subcontractor.
Conduct regular Operational KPI review (output, delivery, yield, cycle time and capacity), identify root causes and align improvement plans with cross-functional stakeholders when KPIs fall below targets.
Monitor supplier engagement (delivery stability, service levels, responsiveness, flexibility, etc.) and work with partners to achieve supply excellence.
Review and improve contractual terms and conditions on an ad hoc basis.
What you will need
Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams, influencing stakeholders internally and externally.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to drive supply chain efficiency with external partners.
Strong sense of ownership and results-oriented mindset.
Experience in subcontractor management; SAP/O9 knowledge is a plus.
