What You'll Do

• Direct Intervention: Provide trauma-informed counselling, conduct risk assessments, and deliver case management for individuals and families with complex needs.
• Community Development: Conceptualise and lead programmes addressing emerging service gaps such as family violence, poverty, or social isolation.
• Policy & Advocacy: Contribute to research, shape policy recommendations, and engage multi-sector stakeholders to advance social reform.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise and guide junior practitioners, fostering a collaborative culture across agencies for better outcomes.

What Were Looking For

• Qualifications: Bachelors or Graduate Diploma in Social Work (eligible for professional registration)
• Experience: Open to both fresh graduates and seasoned practitioners
• Core Skills:
  Trauma-informed and strengths-based practice
  Effective stakeholder and inter-agency collaboration
  Adaptable, culturally sensitive, and tech-savvy in digital case management
  Strong professional integrity and advocacy mindset
