- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with Poizon US key accounts. Develop and implement account plans to drive seller growth.
- Identify local supply opportunities, communicate with seller to upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities to meet and satisfy Chinese user needs.
- Analyze competitors' business operational dynamics, platform(like stockx/boutique) user composition, best selling categories and pricing advantages to identify business opportunities to drive category growth
- Strong Analysis on industry trends, build good relationship with sellers, ability to hire local new sellers to poizon as well.
职位要求
- 5+ years of experience in cross-border e-commerce platform supply acquisition and business operations; especially in the sneaker/fashion industry
- Clear logic, methodology, involvements in strategic planning with a good track record of successful projects from ground zero from previous roles
- Strong data analysis skills
- Familiarity with the trends of relevant categories, understand channel distribution, best selling merchandises, consumer structure and characteristics, etc., and be sensitive to market, products and consumer trends;
- Entrepreneurial spirit, Self-driven, proactive, excellent communication skills, strong project coordination ability, skilled at promoting cross departmental work, and able to take the lead in projects and conversations
- Fluid and able to adapt to change quickly in a fast paced environment
- Excel and software proficiency
- Bachelor's degree or higher
