About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate Exercise Scientist to deliver client-centred exercise programs across community and gym settings. Working alongside Allied Health Professionals, you’ll design and deliver tailored programs—focused on strength and balance—to support clients, particularly in Seniors Services, to improve their health, fitness, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement personalised strength and balance programs
• Deliver individual and group exercise sessions
• Conduct health, movement, and performance assessments
• Collaborate with Allied Health Professionals on tailored interventions
• Support injury prevention, rehabilitation, and functional improvement
• Provide coaching, education, and promote behaviour change
• Offer general nutritional guidance in line with national standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and support program evaluation
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
• Contribute to a positive team culture aligned with organisational values
• Assist with scheduling, administration, and team support as needed

About You
You’re a motivated and client-focused Exercise Scientist who thrives on helping people improve their health and wellbeing.
What you bring:
• Tertiary qualification in Exercise Science
• Accreditation with Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and time management
• Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
