We are currently looking for a Senior or Principle Civil Engineer for our Houston, TX office.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The engineer will provide civil and structural engineering support on a variety of natural gas pipeline facility projects to provide for the safe, efficient, and reliable transportation of natural gas.
This person will be responsible for overseeing the civil and structural design and engineering of pipeline facilities, ensuring designs comply with company specifications, assist with scope development with estimating/project development groups, and support construction activities. This person will be responsible for checking drawing packages and managing engineering contractors to ensure adherence to project goals as well as company and industry specifications, codes, and standards. This person will select appropriate material and equipment and ensure it is fit for purpose. This person will support various
project managers and numerous projects. This position will primarily support pipeline facility projects.
