Job Title: Senior/Principal Civil Structural Engineer

Location: Hong Kong

We are seeking experienced Senior/Principal Civil Structural Engineers to join our clients dynamic team in their busy Hong Kong office. This role involves working on high-profile projects and leading engineering efforts in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and analysis of civil and structural engineering projects.
• Manage project teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in their professional development.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and engineering standards.
• Participate in project planning and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Engineer with 5+ years of post-graduate experience in civil/structural engineering.
• Strong design background in consultancy or in-house design within a contracting environment.
• Experience in designing bridges and/or temporary works is required.
• Hands-on capability to perform design tasks and effectively manage project teams.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Cantonese-speaking ability is highly encouraged.
• Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.

Additional Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Hong Kong Identity Card (HKID).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
