JIKGU is Coupang’s cross-border shopping service, enabling customers in Korea and Taiwan to access a broad selection of high-quality products from the US, China, Japan, EU with fast and reliable delivery.
As we continue to scale JIKGU, with a strong focus on expanding selection and strengthening our supply ecosystem, we are seeking a high-caliber Business Strategy & operation leader to define the cross-border Marketplace strategy and operating model. This role will own the Marketplace revamp plan, shape market-specific strategies, and clarify how key supply markets should compete, complement, and coexist within the broader Jikgu ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines e-commerce marketplace experience with a strong strategy consulting background, and can translate ambiguous business questions into practical, executable plans.
What You Will Do
