Our market-leading Construction Dispute Resolution team represents clients in all forms of proceedings and dispute resolution both in the UK and globally. In the UK, our team spends much of its time representing clients in the High Court and, in recent years, it has done so in some of the most material disputes to arise in the jurisdiction.
The team is known for its experience, technical ability and commercial and pragmatic approach. The team frequently collaborates with teams and sectors across our business offering a wide variety of opportunities to work with clients across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
