About the role
We are looking to hire a React Native Engineer to join our growing team and lead the development of high-quality mobile applications. You will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable, performant, and user-friendly mobile solutions using React Native, with a strong emphasis on modern JavaScript (ES6+), state management, and clean architecture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about delivering impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineers
Implement and manage state management using Redux and Redux Toolkit
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
Optimize application performance and responsiveness across platforms
Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends and technologies
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in JavaScript/TypeScript
3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native
Strong understanding of ES6+ features and modern JavaScript practices
Deep knowledge of Redux, Redux Toolkit, and application state management
Experience with RESTful APIs, mobile UI/UX patterns, and performance optimization
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and mobile app deployment (App Store / Google Play)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A significant advantage would be
Familiarity with native modules and bridging between React Native and native code (iOS/Android)
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
Experience with analytics, crash reporting, and monitoring tools
