The position requires an experienced Senior Engineer with a strong focus on cloud native services, AI, Data Engineering, DevOps, Automation and creating reusable platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing complex systems, self-service user and admin portals and cloud-based services, with expert-level experience in AWS and additional experience in GCP or Azure being a plus. We are looking for someone who can learn a lot and quickly on the job, and we have projects using the latest and greatest technology and methodology.

The candidate must be able to code, develop, analyze and design end to end Cloud-Native solutions that uses AI and cloud services to automate complex tasks and simplify user experience. The candidate should have a deep understanding of DevOps/Infrastructure-As-Code (IaC) delivery models, Cloud Network, Security, Application architecture, genAI concepts, data engineering and usage models. The candidate must be experienced with Agile, DevOps and test-oriented system design philosophies, as well as ability to interface with other teams that may need education on cloud & AI best practices.

  • The ideal candidate must be a strong Senior Developer and have experience using AWS services beyond just EC2s and Databases. Expertise in serverless, managed services, API-Governance, Basic Networking is required. Strong coding skills are expected.
  • Skilled with AWS Step Functions, JavaScript, NodeJS and Python, especially  APIGW/Lambda and Elastic Beanstalks.
  • Strong understanding of basic cloud networking is required to assist in troubleshooting and designing optimized solutions.
  • The candidate must have hands-on experience with cloud projects and will be expected to demonstrate the ability to deliver quality script, code and test suites.
  • Lead hands‑on implementation of AI‑enabled cloud solutions, while guiding teams on responsible, secure, and scalable AI usage within the platform.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow high‑performing Cloud and DevOps engineering teams, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • The candidate must have demonstrated experience leading and managing high‑performing Cloud and DevOps engineering teams.
  • Must have some experience with AI SDK and services, including genAI, prompt engineering, agents and using multiple LLM models.
  • Must have working experience with deep-dive HTTPS troubleshooting,
  • Must have lots of experience with REST API and design, GraphQL and React/CSS front end.
  • The candidate should have demonstrated knowledge or experience with CloudFormation at scale and reuse, and the ability to influence multiple workstreams with reusable IaC components.
  • The candidate should also have experience developing large-scale, multi-account, multi-region, serverless solutions on AWS and addressing all non-functional and AWS Well-Architected concerns in the design.
  • Must be able to design for end-user simplicity while ensuring the system can handle complexity and exceptions internally.
  • The candidate should have experience in breaking down projects into MVP and Agile deliverables, delivering complex end systems incrementally.
  • Must be able to design for disaster recovery in IaaS Cloud platform and possess strong scripting skills, such as Python, Bash, Ruby, Perl, PowerShell, SSM, etc.
  • Must have experience with managing substantial numbers of cloud accounts consistently using automation. Cloud SDK, CLI and scripting hands-on knowledge is necessary.
  • Good listener and communicator. Strong verbal, non-verbal diagramming, and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Experience with working and building an automated build-pipeline, continuous integration, and continuous deployment. Experience with source code control repositories
  • In-depth understanding of Interface-Contracts, Loosely Coupled designs and simplifying solutions and reducing TCO for the end-to-end picture.
