[What the role is]

The Health Promotion Board’s vision is to make Singapore a nation of healthier people.

You will be a part of HPB’s Branding and Corporate Marketing team, and contributing to the development and execution of impactful strategies which strive to advance health promotion efforts to reduce Singapore’s burden of chronic diseases and to build an ecosystem where all children and youth can grow and thrive in a health promoting environment.

[What you will be working on]

As a key member of this team, you will develop effective and sustainable digital health promotion solutions for parents and families to achieve a positive influence on their children’s health, through the curation and transformation of HPB’s parent portal.

You will forge and develop sustainable partnerships with multi-ministry and community partners to achieve HPB’s goals of advancing health promotion efforts under the Grow Well SG initiative.

You will be comfortable to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, and vendors to ensure a seamless user experience.

You will maintain an overview of key parenting and digital health trends to identify opportunities for novel health promotion strategies and content formats.

You will co-develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the impact of content strategies and digital initiatives for the Child and Youth segment to ensure greater engagement and effectiveness in driving healthy habits.

[What we are looking for]

  • An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
  • The candidate should have at least 3 years of working experience in marketing, content development and/ or in digital solutions.
  • Results-driven mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for tackling challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to distill complex technical or medical concepts into simplified, engaging layman communication for a general audience.
  • Proven capability to review and audit large volumes of content systematically, identifying core value and relevance to transform static repositories into streamlined digital experiences.
  • Strong presentation skills and the confidence to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and navigate ambiguous situations with a positive attitude.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst collaborating effectively within complex matrix team structures.
  • Keen eye and meticulous attention to detail with a steadfast commitment to quality in content development and platform delivery.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and tight deadlines.
  • Digital literacy with a solid understanding of web development processes, UI/UX principles, and content management systems.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across diverse and multi-ministry stakeholder groups.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance monitoring and using data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Adaptability and resilience in managing changing priorities and evolving project requirements
