You will join LIMS, Planning & Ecosystems, based in our Global Business Services (GBS) hub in India. The team is responsible for the development, operation, maintenance and support of QC lab systems, with globalLIMS as our flagship platform used across QC and R&ED worldwide. Working closely with stakeholders at HQ and across regions, you will operate in a truly global environment where cultural awareness, collaboration and technical excellence come together.

Your skills & qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of GxP, GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11, with familiarity in automation test management tools and data integrity, change control and validation expectations
  • Extensive experience in LIMS development and system integrations using RESTful APIs, SOAP services and middleware platforms (e.g. MuleSoft) for scalable, secure and compliant integrations with enterprise applications
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, working across laboratory users, Quality, IT, vendors and integration partners – with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, coupled with strong interpersonal, decision-making and coordination abilities across diverse cultures and time zones
