Why this role is important to us

We are a team of Software Engineers developing and maintainingSimCorpOne Standard solutions based onSimCorpDimension Configuration. Our work supports key areas such as Trade Execution, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Performance, and Risk.

You will take ownership of selected configuration domains, collaborate closely with Product Management, Standard Guilds, theSimCorpOne Value Stream, and Consulting, and help deliver scalable, standardized solutions forSimCorpclients globally.

  • Designing, Developing and Maintaining portfolio of Standard configuration inSimCorpOne

  • Translate business requirements into robust configuration solutions; troubleshoot and resolve complex issues

  • Partner with Standard Guilds and stakeholders to refine requirements and drive feature adoption

  • Collaborate with Product, Value Stream, and Consulting teams to deliver end-to-end outcomes for clients

  • Contribute to continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, documentation, and team learning

  • Joining up with colleagues to use collective knowledge sharing and efficient problem resolution 

  

What we value: 

  • Experience in the financial industry and understanding of core front-to-back investment workflows

  • In-depth knowledge in at least two of the following domains:Trade Execution, Portfolio Management, Compliance,Performanceand Risk

  • SimCorp Dimension knowledge andhands-onimplementationconfigurationexperience

  • Proficientproblem solvingskills

  • Dedicated belief in standardization and best practice concepts

  • Proficient collaboration skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Knowledge of Agile principles and experience in being part of an Agile team is an advantage 

  • Personal qualities: motivated, collaborative, well-organized, eager to learn, consistent, with high-quality mindset and good presentation skills, commercialawarenessand customer orientation
