As a Senior/Lead Software Development Engineer, you won’t just be writing code—you’ll be shaping the technical future of our platform. You will serve as a technical pillar for the team, balancing hands-on development with high-level architectural decisions and mentorship.
✅ Your Mission & Responsibilities:
Architect & Scale: Lead the design and evolution of high-performance, distributed cloud applications that define our core services.
Technical Leadership: Partner with product leaders to translate complex business requirements into elegant, scalable technical roadmaps.
Engineering Excellence: Set the gold standard for code quality, security, and performance through rigorous peer reviews and by championing best practices across the "elite squad."
Infrastructure Strategy: Oversee our CI/CD philosophy and cloud infrastructure, ensuring our systems are not just automated, but resilient and cost-optimized.
Orchestration Mastery: Drive our containerization strategy using Docker and Kubernetes, moving beyond "using" tools to "optimizing" them for global scale.
Mentorship: Act as a force multiplier by coaching junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical curiosity.
ð ï¸ What You Bring to the Table:
Track Record: 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, specializing in the delivery of large-scale, production-grade systems. Proven leadership as a Senior Engineer, successfully guiding teams of developers to ship high-impact software.
Polyglot Proficiency: Must have expert-level mastery in Node.js, Java, or TypeScript, with the ability to choose the right tool for the specific architectural challenge. Nice to have: Python
Cloud Authority: Deep, "under-the-hood" experience with AWS or Google Cloud You donât just use cloud services; you understand their limitations and cost-performance trade-offs.
System Design Expert: Youâve successfully navigated the complexities of microservices, distributed systems, and data consistency at scale.
Operational Ownership: You have a "you build it, you run it" mentality, with deep experience in observability (Prometheus/Grafana) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

Platform Engineering: Experience building internal developer platforms or tooling that improves the entire department's velocity.
Serverless Visionary: Experience migrating monolithic or traditional microservices to event-driven, serverless architectures.
