We are developing a portable, cost-effective, and rapid eye-tracking device that uses cutting-edge technology to assess and monitor concussions objectively. By revolutionizing concussion diagnostics, we aim to promote population health and create new opportunities in the healthcare market.

The Role:
We are seeking a talented and driven Senior/Lead Python Engineer with expertise in AI/ML, video stream processing, and a strong foundation in data science, computational mathematics, or machine learning. You will play a key role in improving our eye movement event detection and calculations, contributing to the development of a groundbreaking diagnostic tool.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize Python-based algorithms for eye movement analysis.
• Implement AI/ML models for video stream processing and pupil tracking (e.g., YOLO).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance eye-tracking accuracy and performance.
• Work on improving detection algorithms for real-time, non-invasive concussion diagnostics.
• Analyze and process large datasets to refine event detection and calculation methods.
• Ensure seamless integration with the front-end application built using React and JS.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Python development, with a focus on AI/ML and video stream processing.
• Background in data science, computational mathematics, or machine learning.
• Experience with eye-tracking analysis or related technologies is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in YOLO or similar models for video and object tracking.
• Familiarity with C++ Windows App development and React/JS front-end frameworks.
• Proven ability to design and optimize complex algorithms for real-time applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
