Job Description

Senior/Lead Fullstack Engineer (Product/ System/ SaaS/ PaaS)
Our client is an international software development company, delivering custom software solutions for enterprise clients in Europe. They deliver solutions according to the latest technical standards for different industries and sectors, using new technologies and modern approaches.
We are currently looking for a strong full-stack engineer with solid architectural understanding and hands-on development experience. You will play a key role in designing and developing sophisticated SaaS/PaaS applications that prioritize performance, usability, and accessibility, and building & leading your own team in the Vietnam office.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Build and maintain robust microservices using Java Spring Boot
  • Develop front-end applications using Angular 19
  • Design and implement distributed, scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL and ensure efficient data integration across services.
  • Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes (K8S)
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical decision-making across the stack.
  • Ensure code quality through best practices, including testing (unit/integration), code reviews, CI/CD, and documentation.
  • Work effectively in global teams and contribute to Agile/Scrum development processes.

RequirementsTechnical Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong Java and Spring Boot experience
  • Good experience with Angular
  • Strong software architecture understanding
  • Experience with distributed systems / microservice architectures
  • Good understanding of containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • PostgreSQL or other relational database experience
  • Experience designing scalable backend systems and APIs
  • Ability to work across backend and infrastructure topics when needed
  • Experience building SaaS/PaaS products
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM-related technologies is a plus
  • Experience with DevOps, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, or platform engineering is a strong advantage
