  • Provide payment expertise, including facilitating and driving discussions, coaching teams, and providing peer reviews to maximize customer value.
  • Drive proposals to innovate, simplify, and modernize technology solutions.

You'll join a team where people are the most important and work is not only a place to go. We take pride in what we do, prioritize a learning culture, and strive to have fun in our daily work.

Who you are

You're collaborative, communicative, dependable, willing to speak up – even when it's difficult – and committed to empowering others.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you are:

  • A knowledge leader in the payments domain, specifically in batch and/or cross-border payments.
  • Excellent at adapting to change and working well with people.
  • A collaborator with a solid business and technical background, a logical thinker, and skilled in requirement specifications (functional and non-functional).
  • An excellent communicator with outstanding facilitation and documentation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-driven, able to plan and organize yourself and your team.
  • Experienced with agile ways of working and their methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban).
  • Experienced working with complex architectural landscapes, systems, services, and applications in the end-to-end payments business value chain.

Your experience and background:
