We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer
(5+ years of experience) with deep expertise in computer vision, machine learning, and perception systems to lead the development of robust, real-world AI solutions.

In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end perception pipelines, from sensor calibration and data processing to model design and deployment. You will also play a key role in technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and driving system-level decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Design and develop state-of-the-art computer vision and deep learning models for perception tasks (e.g., object detection, segmentation, tracking).

• 
  Architect and implement multi-sensor fusion systems
  (Lidar, camera, radar, uss) to improve perception robustness and accuracy.

• 
  Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI systems: data pipeline, model training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.

• 
  Optimize models for real-time performance and deployment on production or embedded systems.

• 
  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (software, hardware, robotics) to deliver integrated solutions.

• 
  Define technical direction, best practices, and system architecture for perception modules.

• 
  Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture.

• 
  Conduct rigorous benchmarking, experimentation, and performance analysis to continuously improve systems.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD’s
  in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.

• 
  5+ years of experience in computer vision, machine learning, or AI engineering roles.

• 
  Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and computer vision libraries (e.g., OpenCV).

• 
  Proven experience building and deploying AI models in real-world or production systems.

• 
  Strong understanding of 3D geometry, sensor fusion, and perception systems.

• 
  Proficiency in Python and C++, with experience writing efficient, production-quality code.

• 
  Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or ADAS.
• 
  Experience with real-time systems, edge/embedded AI deployment, or optimization (TensorRT, ONNX, etc.).
• 
  Familiarity with large-scale data pipelines, annotation workflows, and MLOps practices.

• 
  Track record of leading projects or mentoring engineers.

• 
  Publications or contributions to open-source projects in relevant areas.
