Job Description

The role supports core finance operations, including invoicing, contract execution, accruals, and revenue forecasting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.

Invoicing & Billing

Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices in accordance with contractual terms.

Maintain and manage the Invoicing Tracker to ensure completeness and timeliness.

Resolve billing discrepancies and collaborate with internal stakeholders for resolution.

Provisioning Support

Coordinate service or resource provisioning based on approved contracts.

Ensure provisioning aligns with billing milestones and revenue schedules.

Contract Execution

Support contract execution activities, ensuring agreements are correctly documented and reflected in financial systems.

Validate contract details related to pricing, scope, and billing terms.

Resource Reporting

Prepare regular resource utilization and allocation reports.

Partner with operations and workforce teams to ensure accurate data capture.

Accruals Management

Prepare monthly accruals to reflect earned but unbilled revenue and incurred expenses.

Ensure accruals comply with accounting standards and internal policies.

P4P (Pay for Performance) Creation

Create and maintain P4P records based on performance metrics and contractual agreements.

Validate performance data prior to financial processing.

Revenue Forecasting

Support revenue forecasting activities by analyzing trends, pipeline data, and active contracts.

Provide inputs for monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue outlooks.

Identify variances between forecasted and actual revenue and provide insights.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in finance operations, billing, revenue management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of invoicing, accruals, and revenue forecasting concepts.
  • Experience working with contracts and financial data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
