Job Summary

• Incident & Problem Management: Handle P1/P2 major incidents, perform root cause analysis, analyze okta system logs and resolve high-complexity ticket escalations resolving complex MFA/SSO/Authentication issues. • Platform & Agent Operations: Manage Okta AD integration agents . • Workflows & Integration: Build and manage Okta Workflows and onboard advance complex enterprise applications via SAML, OIDC, and SCIM. • Collaboration: Coordinate with server and security operations and other relevant teams. • Hands on implementing and supporting OKTA and any other IAM tools. • Hands-on experience to support application integration with OKTA • Complete knowledge of process and flows of Open ID connect, SAML, OAuth. • Good to have OKTA certified Professional/Administrator. • Good understanding of IAM tools and architecture Automation, Continuous improvement, Value add initiatives and internal compliances, Contractual obligations, SLA parameters, ACSAT score Operational Excellence . • Build teams and manage People parameters like Utilization, Hygiene and internal compliances.

• Experience: 5 to 10+ years in IT security or system administration, with 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on enterprise Okta administration. • Core Skills: Deep understanding of authentication, MFA, SSO, JIT/SCIM provisioning, deep understanding of okta system logs, lifecycle management and Okta Workflows. • Frameworks: Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM ticketing solutions like ServiceNow.
