The position is based in anywhere in Bangladesh.
Prepare and implement territory distribution plan of assigned medium size territory.
Monetize New and low utilization sites as per company’s benchmark
Supervise day to day activities of distributors work force
Evaluate distributors field force performance as well as Return on Investment (ROI) and provide necessary support and guidance to improve distributor’s overall performance.
Prepare monthly/weekly plan and visit as per schedule.
Check the Retail Sales Officer’s (RSO) sales activities as well as visibility of Point of Sales Materials (POSM)
Ensure assigned retailers’ contribution in new acquisitions
Monitor retailer’s profitability from Banglalink
Ensure trade awareness about products, service and business opportunities Gather market information and competitor’s activities; Identify suitable retailer to expand the business
Create new retailer and ensure their involvement to increase new acquisition under low utilization sites (LUS)
Monitor the activities of Trade marketing field force and provide required guidance for further improvement
Analyze the new acquisitions, I-top up, scratch card and M-wallet sales trend
Ensure average daily recharge (ADR) of I-top at distributor’s as well as retailers’ end
Submit required (SAF, legal ID documents, subscriber’s photo etc.) documents to assigned point of contacts within deadline
Rectify the anomalies through SAF runner, data entry operators and RSO and resubmit the documents
Take necessary corrective and proactive measures to restrict VOIP connections
Monitor and develop assigned MDOs(Market Development Officer)

Graduate/BBA
Job Experience Required
Minimum 7-8 years of experience with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience having exposure to different market types (Like: Urban, Rural, Large, Emerging)
Required Capabilities
Good knowledge of distribution sales
Experience in selling in variety of market types like: Urban, Rural, Large, Emerging Markets
Good knowledge of products and services
Good insight of market demography, trade marketing
Basic Computer Skills on MS Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-Access)
Good Skill of train the trainers (on job and off job)
