About the Role

We are looking for a YouTube Producer (Creative Lead & On-Camera Friendly) to help us build something new for a legacy Thai skincare brand. Were launching a fresh YouTube channel for a well-known Thai skincare brand that's been around for over 10 years, with billions of baht in sales. But this will not be a normal product channel. We want to make real entertainment smart, emotional, and shareable content inspired by channels like Jubilee, Buzzfeed, GQ, Wired, Insider and others. Entertaining and Educational. We're looking for a creative producer to help lead the project, someone who can come up with great ideas, manage the shoot process, and also be on screen when the content needs it.

Responsibilities

• Work with our team to develop repeatable video formats that feel fresh, insightful, and fun
• Handle pre-production (casting, planning, location, scheduling) and make sure shoots run smoothly
• Help manage editors and freelancers to bring each piece together
• Be on camera when needed maybe as a voice, a host, or part of the story
• Review feedback and data (like watch time, audience reactions) to shape future content

Qualifications

• You watch a lot of YouTube, not just for fun, but because you love how it works
• You're full of creative ideas and also know how to get things done with small teams and fast pace
• You are a bit nerdy or have a passion for learning and teaching (educational content)
• You know how to run a set, even if its a small one
• You're open to being on camera when it makes sense
• You're interested in culture, people, stories, beauty and science too
• You enjoy working in a collaborative team scriptwriters, editors, talent, etc.

Language Proficiency

• Native Thai, working proficiency in English
